Dr. Nick Abrishamian is a shooter.

He is also supporter of shooting.

And in addition to being an outstandingly generous sponsor to shooters in New Jersey and Maryland by providing beautiful trophies and plaques, is also a healer in the best tradition of medicine.

To quote John Gemmill, "He is never too busy to listen. . . and provide excellent advice . . . to anyone about their physical ailments. I know that he has helped John Kumiega's tennis elbow, consulting over the phone. At the recent outdoor state championships, he gave Kathleen Gemmill good advice about her heel pain. At Boyertown several years ago, he helped a shooter who had severe leg cramps. In addition, he has come up with a
treatment to reduce high lead levels in blood. All of this comes from his big heart. I have never heard of him asking for or taking any money for these treatments (except the cost of the medications for reducing lead levels). We're just lucky to have such a caring and knowledgeable person in our midst."

To quote Kathy Chatterton,  "I know he helped my teammate, Kim Radford, to get her "lost" guns from an airline by making a call to someone he knew who was able to cut through the red tape and get some action.  Kim was able to compete in the match she had spent considerable time and money to attend.  Without his help, she would have had to borrow guns and ammo and take her chances.  The Les Baer Team really appreciated his assistance!"

Dr. Abrishamian competes and helps to run matches, sometimes calling the line as well.

The trophies he donated to the Maryland State Championships were so beautiful that they were the theme of the Les Baer Team photo, featured on stands next to the ladies attired in black dresses.  They were then sent to permanent display at the Les Baer Custom showroom in Illinois.

His gifts to shooting, of himself, his advice, and his awards are much appreciated and valued by the shooting communities of New Jersey, Maryland and every state that fields shooters who compete here.

Thanks, Nick!  We're proud you're a New Jersey shooter!
